Queen Vegas Review 2026

Bonuses, Banking & Payouts

Operator links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission.

Updated 2 November 2026 by the CasinoMenu team

Queen Vegas could suit you if you want a rand account and you're comfortable reading the bonus rules before you deposit. We'd skip it if you expect a large win to arrive in one payment. The withdrawal caps and the ban on cashing out during an active bonus are the catches to understand first.

Our verdict

We like that you can find the company name, licence details and bonus rules without digging through the cashier. Queen Vegas runs in English and names Skill On Net Limited as its operator. You'll find the licence details below, followed by the rules that affect your money.

The catch is how much you can withdraw. You're limited to 10,000 euro every 30 days, with larger wins paid in monthly instalments. Each payment is capped at 5,000 euro.

The welcome offer asks you to wager your deposit plus bonus 30 times, and free-spin winnings 60 times. You can't withdraw while a bonus is active. There's also an inactivity fee after six months, and your payment account must be in your own name.

If you're considering it, finish your ID checks early and decide whether you actually want a bonus. Don't accept one automatically just because the headline looks generous. You need to be comfortable with both the play-through target and the wait to withdraw.

Who runs Queen Vegas?

Skill On Net Limited operates Queen Vegas from Level G, Quantum House, 75 Abate Rigord Street, Ta' Xbiex, XBX 1120, Malta. The footer gives licence MGA/CRP/171/2009/01, issued on 1 August 2018. The terms are version 1.6, dated 3 December 2024.

The Malta Gaming Authority lists the company as licensed under MGA/CRP/171/2009 and includes queenvegas.com among its websites. It approves Type 1 casino gaming and names eCOGRA for alternative dispute resolution.

The regulator's number leaves off the footer's /01 suffix. You can open the regulator link in the casino's footer to check the current listing before you deposit.

A Maltese licence doesn't make the site licensed in South Africa. South African provinces license land-based casinos and bookmakers, and online casino play isn't something a provincial licence covers. You play under Maltese rules and Maltese law: the Terms and Conditions state that any dispute is governed exclusively by the laws of Malta and that the Maltese courts have sole jurisdiction.

Check the company name at the top of the terms as well as in the footer. Skill On Net runs several casino brands, including EU Casino, with similar account rules. Don't assume a promotion or game you've seen at another brand is available at Queen Vegas.

Can you open an account?

South Africa isn't on the terms' restricted-country list, and ZAR is an account currency. If you're travelling, check the country rules before logging in to play.

The restrictions include the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, much of the European Union, India, Israel, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine. Namibia, Mozambique, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria and Angola are also among the excluded countries.

You must be at least 18, or the minimum legal age where you live if that's higher. The operator may ask for an age document at any time and accepts a passport, driving licence or official ID card. A deposit made by a minor is treated as illegal and returned to the original payment source, and any winnings from it are forfeited.

The registration rules are strict. Only one account is allowed per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number or shared computer environment.

The terms name libraries, workplaces, universities and schools as examples of shared environments. If two accounts look linked, whether through an IP address, a pattern of use, proximity of transactions or common bank details, the operator can suspend both and reverse transactions.

If you share a home network with a relative who also plays, tell support before you register so the link doesn't surprise you later.

The details you give must be true, complete and current. If the operator can't confirm the address you entered, the terms say no winnings will be paid. Withdrawals can only be made against the initial registration information, so a wrong phone number or email address can lead to winnings being voided.

There are three account types in the terms: a practice account that needs only a name, email and password; a bonus account that needs validated contact details but no deposit; and a real money account that's created by a first deposit. If you hold a bonus account and make no deposit within 30 days of creating it, any real money or bonus funds in it become null and void.

What's the welcome bonus really worth?

You'll see a welcome bonus, VIP lounge, Prize Twister and daily picks in the promotions menu. Read the rules for the offer you choose before accepting it. The welcome package below comes with separate rules for the deposit bonus and the free spins.

The welcome offer

The welcome offer page describes a 100 percent bonus on the first deposit plus free spins. The small print it gives is specific:

  • The bonus is credited automatically on deposit, and only the first deposit qualifies.
  • The minimum deposit is 10 euro and the maximum bonus is 100 euro.
  • The free spins are on Big Bass Bonanza at a spin value of 0.10 euro.
  • The wagering requirement is 30 times the deposit plus bonus amount, and 60 times the free spin winnings. Only slots count towards it.
  • The maximum bet while wagering is 10 percent (minimum 0.10 euro) of the free spin winnings and bonus amount, or 5 euro, whichever is lower.
  • Spins must be used, or the bonus claimed, before you use deposited funds.
  • The deposit or welcome bonus can only be claimed once every 72 hours across all casinos in the group.
  • Games are subject to availability, and the bonus policy applies.

The welcome amounts are in euro. If your account is in rand, check the amount and maximum bet shown for your currency before claiming. Don't convert the euro headline yourself and assume that's what your account will receive.

To see how heavy the wagering is, take a deposit of 1,000 rand paired with a 100 percent bonus. The wagering base is the deposit plus the bonus, so 2,000 rand, and 30 times that is 60,000 rand of slot bets before the bonus clears.

If you assume a slot return to player of 96 percent for this example, the expected cost of that turnover is around 2,400 rand, which is more than twice the bonus. That illustration is arithmetic, not a forecast, and individual sessions vary widely, but it shows why the wagering line matters more than the headline percentage.

The bonus policy adds that the system always wagers your real money first and only then your bonus balance.

The bonus policy in plain terms

The bonus policy is the main contract for all offers. Its key rules are these:

  • Default wagering. Unless an offer says otherwise, a deposit bonus, including free spin winnings, carries a wagering requirement of 30 times the combined deposit and bonus. If the bonus isn't part of a deposit offer, or the total bonus is bigger than the deposit, the requirement is 60 times the bonus amount only.
  • Game weighting. Under standard wagering, only slots and scratch games count. Mixed wagering counts 10 percent of bets in other games, and special mixed wagering counts 50 percent but is reserved for special occasions and certain player statuses. In every group, crash games count as 20 percent.
  • Bonus points. The wagering required is converted to bonus redeem points. For the rand the table gives 0.5 points for every 10 rand wagered on ordinary games and every 50 rand on crash and extra games.
  • Maximum bet. While wagering a deposit bonus, the largest permitted bet is 10 percent of the bonus amount (minimum 0.10) or 5 in your currency unit, whichever is lower. Breaking this rule lets the operator void winnings.
  • One bonus at a time. Wagering counts towards one bonus at a time, with game-specific bonuses taking priority and the largest bonus served first.
  • Time limit for free bonuses. Unless stated otherwise you've up to 24 hours to meet the wagering on non-deposit bonuses and free spins before the bonus and winnings are removed.
  • Cancelled or expired bonuses. If a bonus is consumed, cancelled or expires with the wagering incomplete, your winnings from games played while you held the bonus are removed.
  • Irregular play. Low-margin or zero-risk betting, hedging, betting systems, even-money bets on baccarat and roulette, and sudden changes in bet pattern to finish wagering are listed as irregular play. The operator can then withhold withdrawals and confiscate winnings and bonuses.
  • Fair play. Depositing without the intention of risking the funds is treated as a breach, including on zero-wagering offers.

Two rules in the main Terms and Conditions also shape every bonus. Advertised first deposit bonuses are subject to an account registration check, after which the system may decide your account isn't eligible, and an email tells you so. And you can't withdraw any funds, winnings included, while a bonus is active; unused bonus balance is removed when you withdraw.

VIP club and other promotions

The VIP club advertises a personal account manager, tailored daily offers, faster withdrawals, prizes and VIP tournaments. Ask what you'd need to qualify before spending more to reach it.

The terms say only customers who registered before 19 March 2017 can redeem VIP points for cash. That makes it worth checking what the points would do for your account. Read Prize Twister and daily-pick rules separately if either interests you.

How do you deposit and complete your ID checks?

The Terms and Conditions give the following minimums, unless the cashier says otherwise: 10 units for Australian, Canadian, Swiss, Euro, British, US and New Zealand currencies, and 100 for Danish krone, Swedish krona and the South African rand. Withdrawals have higher minimums: 20 units for the major currencies and 200 for the rand and the Nordic currencies.

You can deposit from 100 rand but must have 200 rand to withdraw. The eleven account currencies listed are GBP, EUR, CHF, USD, AUD, CAD, DKK, SEK, NOK, ZAR and RUB.

The account currency is assigned automatically, based on where the system thinks you're registering from, and the terms say there is no way to change it afterwards. The only exception is that if you make a first deposit in a different listed currency, your account currency becomes that one.

If you want to play in rand, the safest approach is to check the currency shown in the cashier before your first deposit. Be aware that the terms state all fees and charges in euro, so fee amounts in the contract aren't given in rand.

Check your deposit and withdrawal options together in the cashier before paying in. The terms name Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch/Solo, Trustly, Neteller, Skrill, Payz, fast bank transfer, Paysafecard, Sofort, Instant Payments by Citadel, Interac and Webmoney. Availability depends on your country, so that general list doesn't mean every method works for your South African account.

Choose a method you own and can use for the eventual payout. A familiar logo is less useful than a clear answer about where your money will go when you withdraw.

Several rules apply to deposits. All payments into your account must come from a payment source on which you're the named account holder.

If the name doesn't match, the operator reserves the right to void all winnings. A player who uses someone else's payment method is asked for images of the payment method and ID for both people and a signed Letter of Authority.

The burden of proof that you were authorised to use the method rests on you. Chargebacks are prohibited: a player who starts one risks account closure, recovery action and a report to the police if foul play is suspected.

Expect ID checks when you deposit. The terms say a know-your-customer check is carried out when you make a deposit, and that documents may be requested after any deposit.

The documents named include an ID card, a driving licence, a copy of the front of the payment card (the middle eight digits may be hidden), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address, a card statement showing recent transactions to the casino, and a signed deposit confirmation form. The only approved way to send documents is the Upload Docs page inside your account.

Documents sent any other way aren't accepted. A practical tip: upload everything early, because the terms say withdrawals will only be processed once proof of address, proof of ID, proof of payment method ownership and documents showing the source of funds have been approved.

Be ready to explain where your gambling money comes from. The operator can check your identity, occupation, finances and play history, and pause deposits, withdrawals and games while it does so. If you're uncomfortable sending income documents when asked, consider that before putting money into the account.

How much can you withdraw, and how long does it take?

Don't plan around an instant payout. There are limits on each payment and on how much you can collect over a month, as well as account checks and processing time.

The two limits

The terms state that "the maximum winning amount that a player can cash out is 10,000 euro every 30 days", that all other winnings are paid in monthly instalments of 10,000 euro every 30 days, and that the maximum withdrawal per transaction is 5,000 euro. A win of 30,000 euro would take three months to pay out and would need at least two withdrawal requests in each month. Large wins of 5,000 euro or more, and jackpot wins, may take longer because the operator checks the win, with a third party where relevant, and completes its checks.

Where the money goes

Withdrawals go back to the method used to deposit unless that method doesn't allow withdrawals. For a credit card, withdrawals of at least the amount deposited are paid back to the card where possible, and the remainder goes to an alternative method you choose.

For online wallets, the amount deposited returns to the same wallet. The operator also reserves the right to pay you through any method listed in the cashier, even if it's not your preferred one.

Timing

After you request a withdrawal, it stays pending until midnight GMT the following day. It then passes to the accounts department, which processes it on the next business day, provided it has everything it needs.

The terms also refer to a three-day processing period. You can reverse a pending withdrawal at any time before it's processed; the money returns to your real money balance.

Once it's processed, it can't be cancelled. In some countries, Trustly withdrawals can be made within minutes, but only if no ID documents are needed.

Allow for the payment method’s delivery time after processing too.

Fees

Wire transfer withdrawals cost 10 euro, with no charge above 500 euro. Card and online wallet withdrawals (Visa, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Payz, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard) carry no fee according to the terms.

A separate 5 euro fee is charged on a withdrawal made without prior real money activity, and it's deducted from the balance when you request the withdrawal. A further charge applies to players who deposit and withdraw repeatedly without genuinely playing: the operator may pass on bank charges it has incurred, set in the terms at 15 percent of the amount, before closing the account.

Checks before payment

Before any withdrawal is processed, your play is reviewed for breaches of the terms, the bonus policy and responsible gaming rules. The terms warn that a message congratulating you on a win doesn't mean the win has been cleared.

If the operator concludes that you broke the terms, or that you hold another account restricted under its responsible gaming tools, it can withhold the withdrawal and confiscate winnings and bonuses. A withdrawal can also be reversed back into your balance if you don't supply requested documents, and can be delayed or stopped until an outstanding deposit has been finally approved.

If the original deposit funds don't arrive within 24 hours, the terms say all winnings are cancelled.

Withdrawal requests are only valid when submitted from the withdrawal page of the casino. Requests by email or telephone aren't accepted.

Account rules that can cost you money

Your balance can shrink even when you're not playing. Check the inactivity rules if you're taking a break, and finish interrupted rounds rather than leaving them open.

  • Inactivity fee. An account counts as inactive after six consecutive months without access. The operator may then charge a monthly fee until you log in again. The terms give 5 units for currencies such as the euro, pound and US dollar, 20 for some Gulf currencies and 50 for a group that includes the Swedish and Danish krone and the South African rand. The fee comes out of your balance, and if the balance is smaller than the fee it's reduced to zero. If the balance is already zero, no fee is charged. The operator says it will take reasonable steps to email you 30 days beforehand and may waive or reduce the fee. You can recover funds from an inactive account by logging in and requesting a withdrawal.
  • VIP points. VIP points can be redeemed for cash only by customers who registered before 19 March 2017. VIP points must be converted within 180 days of being granted or they are removed. If you place a player limitation, the operator may remove accrued VIP points and reduce your VIP level to the lowest tier.
  • Interrupted games. If your connection drops mid-game, you can finish the round by logging back in and opening the game. If you don't do so within 14 days, the game is closed, the bet isn't returned and any potential winnings are forfeited. If a fault on the operator's side prevents completion, the window extends to 30 days, and if the fault is still not fixed the bet is returned.
  • Malfunctions. In the event of a system malfunction all wagers are void. If a technical error pays out more than it should, the operator can remove the excess and any winnings made from it. Abusing a glitch can lead to voided winnings and closed accounts. The operator's server result takes precedence over what your screen shows, and jackpot payouts follow the server-side figure at the moment of the win.
  • Disconnection and conduct. Disconnecting on purpose from a game can lead to termination without a refund of balance. Use of artificial intelligence software to gain an advantage leads to termination and cancelled winnings. Specific card-counting and collusion practices are listed as prohibited, and the operator can withhold balance or recover earlier payouts if it concludes you took part, including on the basis of play at other providers.
  • Account isn't a bank. Funds aren't insured by any government agency and carry no interest.

The terms say your funds are held separately from the operator's business money and protected from third-party claims, including during insolvency. That's the account protection described in the contract; it doesn't remove the risk of losing money when you gamble.

What can you play on your phone?

The lobby groups games into slots, Megaways, jackpots, roulette, card games and live blackjack. You can browse labels for popular, new and exclusive games. Don't use the latest-winners panel to choose your stake: someone else's win tells you nothing about what your next round will do.

For a jackpot game, open its own rules before you play. Check how the prize works and how the withdrawal caps would affect a large win. A big rand amount on the homepage isn't a reason to raise your budget.

Queen Vegas says it uses a certified random number generator. The footer links to an operator certificate dated 25 August 2023.

The MGA lists approved suppliers for the licence, including Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Play'n GO, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City, Habanero, Stakelogic and Pariplay. Check your lobby for the game you want: approval for the operator doesn't mean every supplier or game is available to your account.

The terms say each game's return to player is shown in that game's rules and may change, and they recommend checking the rules each time you play if RTP matters to you. That is a useful reminder: the same slot can run at different percentages at different casinos.

A footer note adds that game images and provider icons on the logged-out page are illustrative and some games may not be available in your country or account. In other words, a title you saw advertised may not be in your lobby.

Queen Vegas has app listings in the Apple and Google stores. If you prefer practice play, remember that the terms keep it separate from real-money play.

You can't transfer practice funds or game features into your cash account. Use practice mode to learn the controls, rather than treating its balance as money you can withdraw.

How do you get help?

The help page lists email support at support@queenvegas.com and a live chat inside the account, stated as available between 06:00 and 00:00 GMT. That is 08:00 to 02:00 in South Africa.

The About page promises round-the-clock support, and the responsible gaming page says support staff are available 24/7. Those three statements don't agree with each other, so assume the narrower chat hours are the safe reading and email the rest of the time.

A separate address, accountdeletion@queenvegas.com, takes account deletion requests.

The help centre covers bonuses, games, deposits, withdrawals, account details, documents and technical problems. If your issue involves money, include the transaction details and explain what you expected to happen. Keep the reply so you don't have to start from scratch if you need to escalate.

How do you make a complaint?

The complaints procedure is staged. First you contact customer support in writing with your username, full name, a detailed explanation, and the dates and times involved. If the answer doesn't resolve it, you can ask for escalation to a manager or supervisor, who the terms say will respond with a decision within 96 hours.

If you're still unhappy and the matter concerns a gambling transaction, the terms point you to eCOGRA, described as an MGA-authorised alternative dispute resolution company whose ruling is binding. The eCOGRA conditions quoted in the terms are that at least two weeks must have passed since the problem began, that you've made reasonable attempts to resolve it with the operator, that the dispute isn't already before another ADR provider or a court, and that the dispute arose within the last year. eCOGRA can decline a dispute it considers frivolous or vexatious and says it will tell you within three weeks if so.

You may also complain directly to the Malta Gaming Authority, which the terms describe as covering any aspect of your gaming experience that isn't safe, fair or transparent. The authority's address is given in the terms.

Because the contract is governed by Maltese law, this is your formal route outside the operator. The contract also says that the English version prevails over any translation, that telephone calls are recorded and may be used to help settle a complaint, and that notices are sent to the email address on your account, so keep it current and active.

Keep your own records. The terms recommend printing transaction details.

Screenshots of balances, bonus terms as they appeared on the day you accepted them, and your saved chat transcripts make a complaint far easier to argue. The terms also say that if you notice an abnormality on your account you must tell support and stop playing, and that further losses after that point will not be refunded.

Responsible gambling tools

Set your limits before you start playing. You can control deposits, take a break or exclude yourself, with different options for how widely the restriction applies.

  • Deposit limits. You can set daily, weekly or monthly limits in the cashier. A decrease takes effect at once. An increase takes effect only after 24 hours. Limits apply to the account on which you set them, so if you hold other accounts on the same licence you must set limits on each.
  • Cooling-off. 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days, applied to the account you set it on.
  • Temporary suspension. 30, 60 or 90 days on that account.
  • Self-exclusion. You choose whether it applies only to the account in question or to all current and future accounts on the licence. For an indefinite exclusion, or to lengthen one, contact support after placing it. During self-exclusion you can't gamble or deposit and you stop receiving marketing, which the operator says can take up to 24 hours to apply.
  • Game status reminders. A pop-up at 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes showing how long you've played, your bets and your winnings or losses, with a choice to continue or log out.
  • Time limit. An automatic logout after a time you choose, enabled by contacting support.
  • Self-assessment test linked from the page, and links to outside help organisations including GamBan, the Gambling Therapy helpline and the Responsible Gaming Foundation.

Two practical notes. The terms say that placing a player limitation means you forfeit bonuses, cashbacks and personal offers extended before the limitation. And the limitation tools can only be used online, so a request to support will bring you instructions rather than the change itself.

In South Africa, the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation runs a free helpline on 0800 006 008, and the National Responsible Gambling Programme offers counselling. If gambling is causing you stress, debt or secrecy, use a cooling-off or exclusion tool before you deposit again, and speak to someone. The operator's page also warns that gambling should never be funded from money needed for rent, bills or other expenses.

Questions before you deposit

Is Queen Vegas open to South African players?

The terms don't exclude South Africa, and you can find ZAR among the account currencies. Check that the sign-up form accepts your address and phone number before you go further.

What is the welcome offer?

A 100 percent first-deposit bonus up to 100 euro with 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, under the welcome offer rules. Wagering is 30 times deposit plus bonus and 60 times the free spin winnings, and only slots count. Check the page again before you rely on any figure.

How much can I withdraw?

Up to 5,000 euro per transaction and 10,000 euro in total every 30 days, according to the terms. Bigger wins are paid in monthly instalments. You also need approved identity documents and a real money balance with no active bonus.

Can I withdraw while a bonus is running?

No. The terms bar withdrawals, winnings included, while a bonus is active, and unused bonus balance is removed if you withdraw.

What does it cost to withdraw?

Cards and wallets are free. Wire transfers cost 10 euro below 500 euro. A 5 euro fee applies to withdrawals made without prior real money play.

What is the smallest deposit in rand?

100 rand, and the smallest withdrawal is 200 rand, unless the cashier states other limits.

What happens if I stop playing?

After six months without logging in, a monthly inactivity fee can be taken from your balance. The operator says it will try to email you 30 days earlier. Logging in stops the fee.

Where do I complain?

Write to support first. If that doesn't resolve your complaint, ask for a manager, whose decision is due within 96 hours under the terms. Then follow the eCOGRA or Malta Gaming Authority route described above.
