Sloty Casino is closed. The old address now leads to articles about slots and casino play, rather than the former casino account service. Don't enter your old login details just because the name looks familiar. If you still have an account question, keep your original correspondence handy.

Is the City of Slots still open?

No. On 2 November 2026, sloty.com led to www.sloty.com and a site with slot explanations, tips and articles. That publishing site isn't the City of Slots casino described in our earlier review. A casino advertised there should be treated as a separate service, not somewhere to collect your former balance.

What was the former Sloty like?

The old review described a browser casino operated by Genesis Global Limited, with a colourful airship theme and rand among its account currencies. It named suppliers including NetEnt, Evolution, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Quickspin and Yggdrasil. If you remember a slot-heavy lobby with live tables as well, that fits the former Sloty description.

Big Bad Wolf, Doctor Love on Vacation, Forsaken Kingdom and Medusa appeared in the old slot list. The table selection included European Blackjack, Double Exposure and Vegas Strip, with European and French roulette too. Use the exact game title and transaction reference when asking about an old session; a general game category gives you much less to work with.

Can you still use an old welcome offer?

No. Sloty's old deposit package and free spins aren't a current offer. If you're working through an old bonus query, look for the stage you claimed and the confirmation that it reached your account. The full package headline won't show how much you personally received, which games counted or whether a cashout restriction applied.

Rand was one of several currencies in the former review. Check the currency on your own receipt before comparing a bonus credit with a bank debit. Keep any conversion shown on the payment statement separate from the casino amount. That avoids treating an exchange difference as a missing part of a bonus or withdrawal.

What about payments and browser access?

The old payment lists included cards, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton and AstroPay, but the lists didn't all match. Your transaction record is the useful starting point. Look for the method used for the actual withdrawal, along with its status and reference. Old wallet speed labels don't tell you whether a particular request passed the account checks.

Sloty was described as browser play without a downloadable casino client. We'd be cautious about an installer offered as a way to restore your old account. Start with the company and account details in your original messages, rather than an app carrying the same name or a link beside a free game.

What should you keep if money is still owed?

Start with your own account records. Save the registration email, the terms you accepted and messages about deposits or withdrawals. Keep the original files where possible, with their dates and sender details, so you can follow the sequence without relying on memory.

Write a short timeline: when you paid in, when you asked to withdraw, and what reply you received. Add the amount, currency and transaction reference to each entry. If a request was rejected, keep the reason given rather than describing every unpaid request as still pending.

Keep your bank or wallet statements alongside the casino messages. A deposit leaving your bank, a withdrawal being approved and a payment reaching your account are separate events. Match the references where you can, and mark any gap you still need explained. Don't change the original documents to make the dates line up.

Separate cash, bonus credit and loyalty points in your notes. If a screenshot only shows a combined balance, keep it and explain that limitation. Don't guess how much was ready to withdraw. The accepted bonus terms and any account messages about deductions will help you ask a more precise question.

Who should you contact about an old account?

Start with the company named in your account agreement and the correspondence you already have. Before sending anything sensitive, check who now receives the message and whether they handle former accounts. A contact form on a replacement website isn't enough to show that it belongs to your old account provider.

Keep your first enquiry focused. Give the account reference, the date and amount of the transaction, and the answer you need: was the withdrawal approved, rejected or sent? Ask for a payment reference if you're told it was paid. Save the reply in the same folder as the request.

If someone says your account has moved, ask for the receiving company's name, the destination address and the notice explaining what happens to balances. Check those details through a contact route you can trust before following a login link. Don't send a password or pay an account-recovery fee just because a message uses the old casino logo.

If you reused your casino password elsewhere, change it on those other services. Keep account files private, especially identity documents. You can ask CasinoMenu about a correction at hello@seomighty.com; leave passwords and identity documents out of that email. A correction to this page won't settle an account balance.

Where can you compare open alternatives?

Our Springbok review and SilverSands review cover separate active brands. We'd read the banking section before comparing bonus headlines. Check which method lets you withdraw, what documents you'll need and whether the deposit you planned fits the minimum. A familiar payment logo alone doesn't answer those questions.

Treat any new account as a fresh decision with its own terms. These alternatives don't take over your old balance or bonus. If you choose a promotion, read the play-through base, maximum bet, eligible games and cashout limit before accepting it. Skip it if meeting the conditions would mean spending more than you planned.

You don't need another casino account to deal with an old one. If you're searching because you've lost money, take a break before making a fresh deposit. Our responsible gambling page has support information. Keep money for everyday costs separate from gambling, and don't try to win back an unresolved balance elsewhere.
