We'd skip Spinit if you want straightforward withdrawals and a rand balance. You get slots, live tables and sports betting, but the euro limits and bonus rules need care. Read the rules on shared households and account closure before you put money in.

Our verdict

Spinit's strongest draw is its choice of games. You can move between slots, live roulette, blackjack, game shows and sports betting. That could suit you if you like different types of games on the same account.

We're less keen on the withdrawal rules. Your VIP level controls how much you can receive, and the terms also set a monthly play requirement. You can't simply look at your balance and assume it can all go straight to your bank account.

If you do want to play here, decide whether you want a bonus first. Bonus money brings deadlines, game restrictions and a ceiling on winnings. Playing without a bonus doesn't remove the ordinary account and withdrawal rules.

Who runs Spinit?

Spinit's terms and privacy notice don't name the operating company, regulator or licence number. Ask support for those details in writing before sending money or identity documents. Without them, it's hard to know who's responsible for your account.

The complaints clause points to a complaints directory run by a review site. A directory can publicise a case and ask the casino to respond, but it'sn't a regulator and can't order a payment. Keep that in mind when deciding whether you're comfortable depositing here.

Access, age and registration

Clause 2.3 lists the "Excluded Jurisdictions": Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and Cote d'Ivoire. Residents of those places may not open accounts or add funds.

South Africa is not on the list. The Payments page also lists South Africa in its country selector, and the home page has a row titled "Top Games In South Africa".

The operator reserves the right to change the list without warning, so check the terms each time.

The minimum age is 18, and the footer repeats it. That is the usual South African standard. Clause 2.2 makes you responsible for knowing whether online gambling is legal where you're, and requires you to close the account if it stops being legal.

Registration asks for an email address, date of birth, country, phone number, gender, full name, username and postal code, according to the privacy notice, and the system also records your IP address and location. For identity checks the operator can ask for an identity document, proof of address, proof of ownership of the payment method, source of funds or wealth and bank statements.

You must supply what is requested within 30 days. The terms say identity checks usually takes up to 10 days after your documents are complete, and can take longer in complex cases.

The operator may run checks before a deposit and after it, and may ask for call, phone or face identity checks.

The account rules are strict. You may hold one account per person, per household or address, per phone number or email, and per IP address.

Any other account is a "Duplicate Account", and the sanctions are voided actions, cancelled promotions, voided winnings, reversed withdrawals and closure with no option to reopen. In a South African home where several adults share an address and a router, this clause is a real risk.

If another person in your household already plays at Spinit, ask support in writing before you register and keep the reply.

How do you choose a promotion?

Several offers need an opt-in, and some are tied to a day of the week. The weekly reload needs a weekly opt-in and a deposit of at least 20 euro between Monday and Thursday.

The daily cashback is open to VIP levels 2 to 5 only. The live cashback is open to levels 1 to 5, needs an opt-in and is credited on Mondays.

Bonuses are activated by hand from the My Bonus section of your profile, and an unactivated cashback is lost.

The page also explains the sports first deposit bonus is a one-time choice. It says you must choose between it and the casino welcome bonus, which is a useful rule to know: you can't take both.

The sports bonus is 100 percent of the first deposit up to 100 euro (a higher cap applies to a few named countries), needs a deposit of at least 20 euro, and has a rollover of six times deposit plus bonus on single bets at odds of 2.00 or better or multi-bets with odds of at least 1.50 per selection, within 30 days. Deposits with Skrill or Neteller don't qualify.

What does the welcome bonus ask of you?

The welcome bonus on 2 November 2026 was 100 percent of your first deposit up to 500 euro, with at least 20 euro needed, plus 200 free spins. It's for new customers making their first real-money deposit. Read the full rules before deciding: the wagering applies to your deposit as well as the bonus.

Welcome bonus terms, as published on 2 November 2026
Match100% of the first deposit, maximum 500 euro
Minimum deposit20 euro (about equal amounts are listed for other currencies; no rand figure is published)
Free spins200 in total, added as 20 per day for 10 days; each batch of 20 must be claimed within 24 hours of becoming available or it expires
Wagering on bonus35 times deposit plus bonus
Wagering on free spin winnings40 times
Time limit10 days from activation, after which the bonus and winnings are voided
Maximum bet while a bonus is active100 euro per bet
Maximum released from the bonus10 times the bonus amount
Maximum released from free spin winnings50 euro for up to 50 free spins, or 100 euro for more than 50 free spins
Deposits that don't qualifyNeteller and Skrill

Work through an example, using euro figures from the page. Deposit 100 euro and receive a 100 euro bonus.

The requirement is 35 times 200 euro, which is 7,000 euro of bets, in 10 days. If you play slots, which count in full, that's 7,000 euro of spins.

At a bet of 1 euro a spin, that's 7,000 spins. Over a number of days that's a lot of play, and with a typical house edge the expected loss over that volume is a meaningful share of the money in play.

The cap of 10 times the bonus means the most you can release from the bonus is 1,000 euro, whatever the balance is at the end.

Next, the order of play. The terms say you wager your real money balance first, and only once it's fully wagered do you start wagering the bonus balance.

Your own money is at risk first; a bonus doesn't protect your deposit from losses. It also means the requirement plays out over a long session, and the 10-day clock runs from activation.

Free spins have their own conditions. They are released as batches of 20, each of which has to be claimed within 24 hours, so if you stay away for two days you lose the batch.

The offer page says you must finish any active casino bonus before you use the free spins, and that you can't combine this bonus with another. If you activate another bonus or claim free spins while one is active, the active bonus and its winnings are removed.

That is an easy mistake to make on a site with many offers.

Withdrawing early costs you the bonus. The page says a withdrawal request before claiming the bonus, or after the bonus is activated, voids bonus eligibility.

If you cancel an active bonus, the whole casino bonus balance is voided. The bonus can be claimed only before any bets are made with the qualifying deposit, so place no bets before you activate it.

There's also a single-offer rule. The sports first deposit bonus is the alternative to this one, and you must choose between them. Neteller and Skrill deposits are excluded from both.

If your bank account is in rand, you're paying for a euro balance with rand. Check the exchange rate and any bank fee before confirming the payment. Budget with the amount leaving your bank account, rather than just the smaller euro figure on screen.

General bonus rules

Section 7 of the General Terms applies to every bonus, and the specific promotion page overrides it where the two differ. These are the clauses that matter most.

  • One bonus per person, family, household address, telephone number, shared or personal computer and shared or personal IP address (clause 7.2).
  • The operator may deny any bonus, cancel participation in a promotion or ban a customer from the bonus programme at its sole discretion, and calls its decision on a dispute final (clause 7.3).
  • Every bonus has a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus, bonus plus deposit, or winnings (clause 7.6).
  • Default rules if a promotion doesn't say otherwise: a deposit bonus is wagered 35 times deposit plus bonus with a maximum cash-out of 10 times the bonus; a no-deposit bonus is wagered 40 times with a maximum cash-out of 5 times the bonus (clause 7.16). No-deposit free spins are capped at 80 euro in winnings and carry 40 times wagering on the winnings (clause 7.15).
  • Time limits: 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses (clause 7.12). If you try to withdraw before the requirement is met, the bonus balance and winnings are voided (clause 7.13).
  • Spinit checks your play and account before you withdraw (clause 7.17). Bonuses are described as entertainment for casual play, and using them otherwise is a breach (clause 7.18).

Game contribution is where many players lose a bonus. According to clause 7.7, slots (except those listed below), scratch cards and keno count 100 percent.

All live games count 10 percent. All table and card games count 0 percent.

Video poker counts 10 percent and Plinko 10 percent. Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo can't be played with bonus funds.

Clause 7.8 sets some special games at 50 percent (Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Dream Catcher First Person and Monopoly) and a longer list at 10 percent. Clause 7.9 lists excluded games that contribute nothing, including several well-known titles such as Dead or Alive, Dead or Alive 2, Starburst XXXtreme, Jack and the Beanstalk, Spaceman and Aviator.

Clause 7.10 lists prohibited games that must not be played at all while a bonus is active. The lists are long and change, so read them in the terms before you play a favourite title with bonus money.

The practical lesson is that a 35 times requirement on live blackjack, where only 10 percent counts, would behave like 350 times, and on table games it would never finish. Play bonus money on eligible slots only, and keep each bet well under the 100 euro ceiling.

Clause 7.19 defines promotion abuse. It prohibits minimum-risk strategies such as covering 24 or more of the 37 roulette numbers, single bets above 100 euro before wagering is complete, switching from low-contribution to high-contribution games after a big win to clear the requirement, switching from high-risk to low-risk betting after a big win, two-tier betting and starting a game round or bonus feature and finishing it later.

The penalty in clause 7.20 is voided promotions, confiscated winnings and exclusion from future promotions. In plain terms: play the bonus in a consistent, ordinary way and keep your bet size steady.

How do you deposit?

The Payments page lists a country selector (South Africa is in it), a currency selector showing euro, and a table of methods with deposit and withdrawal columns. The payments page lists PlayID, Pay by Card, NTLR, Mifinity and a long list of crypto: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, USDT on several networks, USDC, BNB, Dogecoin, Solana and Cardano. The ranges shown run from 10 euro to between 2,000 and 5,000 euro per transaction, with Bitcoin at 30 euro minimum.

Check your cashier for the methods and currencies available to your account. If you want instant EFT or a rand balance, ask before registering. Check how you'll withdraw with your chosen method too; a deposit option doesn't automatically tell you how your money will come back.

Two practical points follow. First, the balance is in euro, so every deposit and withdrawal carries a currency conversion by your bank or card issuer.

Second, the terms say the operator may set minimum and maximum deposits at its discretion (clause 6.5) and that a deposit earns no interest and is not insured (clause 6.3). Chargebacks are forbidden, and clause 6.4 says you agree to compensate the Company for the cost of a chargeback or recall.

Refunds are generally not offered. In exceptional cases, such as a technical fault, support must be contacted within 24 hours, and a refund is at the operator's discretion and impossible after the deposit has been used for a bet (clause 6.6).

Withdrawals, limits and VIP levels

Withdrawals are where the contract is most detailed. These are the rules in clause 6.

  • Requests are worked through by the financial department within three business days of the request, or three business days after your previous request was paid. Agents process requests from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday (clause 6.15).
  • The Company can delay a withdrawal for identity, balance, source of funds and compliance checks, and can postpone payment until identity checks is complete (clause 6.16). Once the financial department has passed the request on, later delays are described as not the Company's responsibility.
  • You may have at most three pending withdrawals at a time (clause 6.13).
  • The minimum rollover before a withdrawal is one times your deposit. If you've wagered less than the deposit, the Company may cancel winnings and keep a commission of 10 percent of the last deposit (not less than 0.50 euro), or 15 percent if the deposit was made by bank card or bank transfer (clause 6.8). Put simply, deposit and play through the money once before you ask to cash out.
  • A minimum monthly activity threshold applies: the Company may decline a withdrawal if you've not wagered at least 20 euro within the calendar month of the request (clause 6.7).
  • Withdrawals normally return to the method used to deposit, and the Company may choose a different method (clauses 6.2 and 6.10). Credit card deposits may be refunded to the card up to the total deposited (clause 6.6.5).

Limits depend on your VIP level, which the terms say is based on activity in the 90 days before the request and falls to the lowest level after a month without bets. In euro, the daily and monthly limits are 500 and 7,000 at level 1, 500 and 10,000 at level 2, 800 and 12,000 at level 3, 1,000 and 15,000 at level 4 and 1,500 and 20,000 at level 5.

Equivalent tables are published for other currencies. The same terms say the Company may set its own schedule, minimum and maximum amounts and timing by method and level (clause 6.14).

The VIP page lists the benefits by level. Levels 1 and 2 get on-site promotions and 24/7 live chat.

Levels 3 to 5 add personalised offers, higher withdrawal limits and cashback, and levels 4 and 5 add a personal VIP manager. The page doesn't publish the points or wagering needed to reach each level.

For a South African player, the practical meaning is that a large win may be paid in instalments, and that the euro limits are the figure to compare against your expected stakes.

Spinit says in clause 6.17 that customer funds are kept separately in dedicated bank accounts. Clause 6.19 allows mistaken transactions to be reversed, and clause 6.20 says money credited in error can be deducted.

Don't treat an unexpected credit as yours until support has explained it. Tax on winnings is your responsibility under clause 6.23.

Account rules that can cost you money

Beyond bonuses and withdrawals, a few clauses are worth knowing before you register.

  • Account closure with a balance: you can ask to close the account by email, but if you close it with a positive balance or a pending withdrawal, all funds on the account are voided (clause 3.7). Withdraw first, then close.
  • Credentials: any person who logs in with your details is treated as you, and the Company is not liable for third-party access (clause 3.3).
  • Prohibited conduct (clause 9): commercial use, using payment methods that are not yours, exploiting software errors, collusion, equal or minimal-risk betting patterns and hedging, money laundering and attempts to sell or transfer accounts. A reasonable suspicion lets the Company block the account, suspend withdrawals, void winnings and balance, close all accounts on partner sites and report you to authorities and other operators.
  • Liability: the Company limits its liability widely and says it's not liable for losses caused by gambling (clauses 3.8, 8.4 and 10).
  • Results: games use a random number generator and the game server result prevails over what appears on your screen (clause 8.3). Bets can't be cancelled by you once placed (clause 8.2).
  • Changes: the terms may change at any time and continued use counts as acceptance (clause 11).
  • Game-provider restrictions: clause 15 lists countries where certain providers' games are unavailable. South Africa is not in the NetEnt unavailable list in the terms, but check the specific game, since a provider can restrict titles on its own.

Games and sportsbook

The home page shows counts rather than a provider list. The popular section said 847 games, the top live casino section 109, new games 1,255, hot jackpots 345, roulette 148, blackjack 319, game shows 25 and exclusive games 722.

These are the operator's own category counts on 2 November 2026 and the categories overlap, so they don't add up to a catalogue size. Among the titles featured were Book of Ra Deluxe, Gates of Olympus 2500, Thunder Ball Max, Diamond Strike XXL and Mega Roulette.

The live section showed roulette tables with stakes from 0.10 euro up to 20,000 euro, blackjack and game shows such as Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Money Time. Check the game rules and stakes before you start.

The sportsbook has its own section with live betting, virtual sports and an "All Sports" page. The terms set a minimum bet of 1 euro, and say maximum stakes vary by sport and jurisdiction.

They allow the operator to refuse any bet, void bets placed after an outcome is known or placed by a person in a conflict of interest, and withhold payment where match-fixing is suspected. The sports rules also include specific rules by sport, which you'll need to read before your first bet.

If sports betting is your main interest, read those rules before staking.

The wagering table above matters more than the catalogue. A lobby of more than a thousand slots is only useful with a bonus if the games you like count in full, and the excluded and prohibited lists block several popular titles.

Support and complaints

The Help Centre describes customer support as ready 24/7 by live chat and at support@spinit.com, with topic groups for bonuses and promotions, casino, deposits, general, account and identity checks, sportsbook, technical and withdrawals.

The complaints process is in clause 13. Start with customer service by email.

If the answer doesn't resolve it, support will advise you to send a written complaint to complaints@spinit.com. The message must come from your registered email address, carry a subject that states COMPLAINT and the reason, and include your username, full name, a detailed summary and dates and times.

A "Complaints Resolution Committee" reviews the case and the Company says it will reply within 10 days, longer if the case is complex. If you're unhappy with the outcome, clause 13.8 points you to external dispute options through a link to a public complaints directory run by a review site.

Clause 13.9 says you're contracting only with the Company and agree not to bring claims against software suppliers, payment providers or other third parties.

Keep every message and take dated screenshots of the terms and promotion before accepting it. Write down what happened, what you expected and how you'd like the complaint resolved. That helps you keep the conversation clear if you speak to different agents.

How do you take a break?

You can request self-exclusion by writing to support@spinit.com; clause 3.8 says support will help close your account. Ask which deposit or loss limits you can set in your account too. Choose your money and time limit before starting, and don't deposit again to try to win back a loss.

In South Africa, the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation runs a free helpline on 0800 006 008, and the National Responsible Gambling Programme offers counselling. If gambling is causing you stress, debt or secrecy, stop depositing, ask Spinit to close the account and speak to someone.

Never fund gambling from money you need for rent, food or bills. The minimum age on this site is 18.

  • You can check the order of play in the bonus rules before accepting.
  • A large lobby with slots, live tables, game shows, jackpots and a full sportsbook.

Weaknesses

  • You'll need to budget in euro and allow for conversion costs.
  • 35 times wagering on deposit plus bonus, a 10-day clock and a cap of 10 times the bonus on what can be released.
  • Table games count 0 percent and live games 10 percent, with long excluded and prohibited game lists.
  • Deposits by Neteller and Skrill don't qualify for the main offers.
  • Withdrawal commission of 10 to 15 percent if the deposit was not wagered once, and a monthly 20 euro activity rule.
  • One account per household or IP address, which can catch shared homes.

Questions before you deposit

Is Spinit open to South African players?

South Africa isn't in the excluded-countries list dated 2 November 2026 and appears in the payments page's country selector. Make sure your address and phone number are correct when registering; don't choose a different country to get around a restriction.

What is the welcome bonus?

100 percent up to 500 euro on a first deposit of at least 20 euro, plus 200 free spins released as 20 a day for 10 days. Wagering is 35 times deposit plus bonus and 40 times on free spin winnings, with 10 days to complete it.

Can I play in rand?

The payments page shows euro amounts. If you only want to play in rand, ask support about the account currency before opening an account.

How long do withdrawals take?

The terms say requests are worked through within three business days, from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT on weekdays, once checks are complete. Your document checks can extend that wait.

How much can I withdraw?

In euro, the daily and monthly limits range from 500 and 7,000 at VIP level 1 to 1,500 and 20,000 at level 5.

Can I play table games with a bonus?

You can, but they count 0 percent towards the requirement, and live games count 10 percent. Use eligible slots only.

Why can my bonus disappear?

Common causes are missing the 10-day deadline, requesting a withdrawal before the requirement is met, cancelling the bonus, activating a second bonus, betting above 100 euro, playing an excluded or prohibited game and being treated as a duplicate account.

Where do I complain?

Start with support@spinit.com, then send a written complaint to complaints@spinit.com if the first reply doesn't resolve it. The terms point to a public complaints directory as a further step. It is not a regulator.
